BUILDERS REMARKS: The performance driven Leopard 38 is at the heart of the Leopard line. With her generous sail plan and stepped hull design, this yacht provides excellent performance. On deck, the space is well thought out and useable; from the large transoms to the open and spacious aft, side and forward decks, getting around this yacht is easy and safe. The hardtop bimini over the cockpit provides superior protection from the elements and also offers a stable working platform.
BROKERS REMARKS: Priced to sell "As-is where is" at the yard, Saint-Martin. SOIZIC was at the yard in September when hurricane Irma hit the island. She lost her mast and the hard-top has to be replaced as well as the solar panels. Hulls, engines rooms and inside have not been damaged and the boat did not take water. With her 2 engines replaced in 2016, SOIZIC is still looking really good. Waiting for a new owner who is looking at a little repair project. The boat is offered with four double cabins, two head layout which gives plenty of room for group or families, plus additional fore-peak berths ideal for small children or simply extra storage. Generous headroom throughout plus substantial storage capacity as a result of under-bunk lockers lockers in each cabin. Easy to handle with sheets all run to the helm and reliable under motor with Yanmar engines. Large water capacity. Stainless steel electric davits making stowing the dinghy easy.
