BUILDERS REMARKS: Designer/Builders Robertson & Caine and Naval Architects Simonis-Voogd have set a new standard for contemporary cruising catamarans with the launch of the Leopard 40. The innovative interior layout, increased volume in the hulls, and expanded windows and doors that blur the lines between inside and out combine to make the interior space feel like a larger yacht. The unique forward-facing galley stands in front of a large window with an adjacent access door to the forward platform. Aft, a forward-facing settee and dining table are separated from the aft cockpit seating area by sliding glass doors. These doors and windows enhance the open concept feel, allow for exceptional ventilation, and facilitate easy navigation in and around the yacht.
BROKERS REMARKS: « POLLY » is one of the few Leopard 40’s available for sale offered on the market. The Sunsail 404 (Leopard 40) has operated only in the Croatia. This is a 4 cabin layout with 2 heads and an ash white interior finish . For additional comfort this boat features a generator, air conditioning and solar panels that are fitted to the hard top Bimini to charge the on-board batteries.

BEMERKUNGEN DES HERSTELLERS: Die Designer/Konstrukteure Robertson & Caine und Naval Architects Simonis-Voogd haben mit der Einführung des Leopard 40 einen neuen Standard für zeitgenössische Fahrtenkatamarane gesetzt. Die innovative Innenausstattung, das größere Volumen in den Rümpfen und die erweiterten Fenster und Türen, die verschwimmen Die Linien zwischen innen und außen sorgen dafür, dass sich der Innenraum wie eine größere Yacht anfühlt. Die einzigartige nach vorne gerichtete Kombüse steht vor einem großen Fenster mit einer angrenzenden Zugangstür zur vorderen Plattform. Achtern sind ein nach vorne gerichtetes Sofa und ein Esstisch durch Glasschiebetüren vom Sitzbereich im hinteren Cockpit getrennt. Diese Türen und Fenster verstärken das Gefühl des offenen Konzepts, ermöglichen eine außergewöhnliche Belüftung und erleichtern die Navigation in und um die Yacht herum.

REMARQUES DES CONSTRUCTEURS : Les concepteurs/constructeurs Robertson & Caine et les architectes navals Simonis-Voogd ont établi une nouvelle norme pour les catamarans de croisière contemporains avec le lancement du Leopard 40. L’aménagement intérieur innovant, l’augmentation du volume dans les coques et les fenêtres et portes élargies qui brouillent les lignes entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur se combinent pour donner à l’espace intérieur l’impression d’être un yacht plus grand. La cuisine unique orientée vers l’avant se dresse devant une grande fenêtre avec une porte d’accès adjacente à la plate-forme avant. À l’arrière, un canapé et une table à manger orientés vers l’avant sont séparés du coin salon du cockpit arrière par des portes coulissantes en verre. Ces portes et fenêtres améliorent la sensation de concept ouvert, permettent une ventilation exceptionnelle et facilitent la navigation dans et autour du yacht.
REMARQUES DU COURTIER : « POLLY » est l’un des rares Leopard 40 disponibles à la vente offerts sur le marché. Le Sunsail 404 (Leopard 40) n’a opéré qu’en Croatie. Il s’agit d’un aménagement de 4 cabines avec 2 salles d’eau et une finition intérieure blanc cendré.
